Our Story

Goris Properties LLC was founded in 1975 by Brad Goris and his father, Glenn. “We have designed and built most of our properties ourselves. We lease, manage and maintain them ourselves,” explains Brad. Today Brad and his wife, Sue, continue that personal involvement.

“We take great pride in our buildings’ appearance,” he adds. “I think the biggest advantage of our properties is the direct management/oversight that we can provide. We care about our tenants and the buildings they call home.”

Brad and Sue were recipients in 2004 of the University of Mount Union McKinley Fellow Award. Sue received the Athena Award in 2008 and Brad the Spirit of Enterprise Award, both from the Alliance Area Chamber of Commerce, recognizing them as leaders in the community.
